Born and bred in London, Tom began his culinary journey at the OXO Tower on the Thames, a place renowned for its fantastic views and amazing staff from all over the globe. Catering to a wide range of clientele, he was deeply influenced by Fusion cuisine, which he enjoyed learning and cooking.
After his time at the OXO Tower, Tom transitioned into fine dining in Canary Wharf, further refining his skills. Over the years, he has worked at many famous landmarks throughout London, including Natural History Museum, the Royal Courts of Justice, Christie’s, and Sotheby’s.
Tom now resides in Bournemouth and has been our in house head chef for many years, serving some of the finest wedding breakfasts we believe in the country. His vision is second to none, and I’m sure you will agree that his creations are not just food, but art itself.
